Newbie fitness model, Elena Gabrielle recently took to Twitter for a Fitness Q&A. Elena spoke about her routines & habits with her fans. In regards to her workouts, Elena stated the following via IG;
“I’ve always been very active with cardio, however, its only been a year since I got serious with weight lifting and my diet.”
The Fitness model underwent a transformation from 2015 to 2018. Elena’s results are amazing! She’s just right! Elena is fit but still has her natural feminine qualities and we love that about her! Be sure to follow the model for more fitness updates.

Ten routines?? That’s way too much to fit in a comment lol I like to switch up my workouts so I don’t have a specific routine that I do over and over

I haven’t done regular sit-ups in a while. But I do try to do a couple ab exercises 3-4 times a week

Thank you I appreciate that! I like to do a few ab exercises 3-4 times a week. I never spend too much time on them but do them often and that seems to help the most!
