When did you decide you wanted to become a model?
At 16 my friend worked for a teen magazine in Chicago. He submitted some of my random photos to the magazine though I didn’t want him to, and to my surprise they wanted me to shoot for their magazine. I was so shocked. From there I learned how to meet photographers and shoot and I started to get better. Years later I have turned from ugly duckling to swan. 🙂
Do you have any pet peeves within the model & fashion industry?
I would just love to see a better representation of all ethnicities within the fashion industry.
Is there any style trend you wish guys would stop wearing?
Men wear so many different styles these days, the one I can’t stand the most are jeans that I can squeeze into. Jeans don’t have to be that tight for men.
What do you like most about men?
I love the height, scent and aggression of men. I feel like an aggressive man knows what he wants and how to get it. Its sexy, and when you add height and some Axe spray to him, it’s like a birthday gift. Lol
We saw you’re a graduate student attending Stetson University, tell us more about therapy and why you’re interested in this study?
I feel like everyone has a point in their life where they may need help outside their standard support groups. That’s where therapy comes in. Whether it’s individual treatment such as depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder or family structural issues between daughter and step mother, therapy provides a solution or coping strategies to many of life complicated situations. I have a theory for therapy. Therapist are there to strengthen relationships in the family. I feel that strong families make for strong communities, which make for strong cities, unified states and sooner or later a unified and strong world. Wishful thinking, I know but that’s my belief.
What do you plan to do after you graduate as a therapist?
Of course open my own practice and have an office somewhere in either Miami, San Diego or Pheonix so that I have my own clientele.
